This is a two floor apartment, with access through a stone stair that leads to a wide panoramic balcony that overlooks the garden, the swimming pool and, beyond that, the whole valley of the river Arno.
A barbecue is also available.
When you enter the flat you find yourself into a spacious living / dining room with an old fireplace, a big table, the kitchenette and some armchairs.
Three steps lead to a passageway and to a bathroom with shower.
On the opposite side of the room, an old stone stair takes to the second floor with two rooms with double bed, one with three single beds, a bathroom with shower and another with a tub.
In case, we can add an extra bed in one of the rooms.
