Tuscan flavours and the taste of tradition

We have a restaurant with a cosy dining room and also a wooden gazebo with a view on the countryside below with the river Arno and the medieval town of Laterina with the Casentino mountains in the background.
You may begin your day here with a full breakfast, maybe with a homemade tart and while enjoying the smell of freshly baked bread just taste one of our jams or some seasonal fruits.
Both for lunch and dinner you shall have the chance to try the classic courses of Tuscan cuisine, that we prepare exclusively with fresh local products and we will be glad to help you choose the best wine to complement your meal from our extensive wine cellar.

The menu includes a series of appetisers, first courses with our vegetables,traditional recipes as the famous "ribollita" or again the "pappa al pomodoro", always obviously homemade.
You shall discover the genuiness and apparent simplicity of these recepies of the old rustic Tuscan world, sometimes prepared with some delicious variation, most of the time proposed just as they were served in the past, because these flavours are never outdated.
